Tracking & Reporting

eMailPlatform registers every action carried out by your recipients. We gather information about how many people open your newsletters, what they click on, who unsubscribes and which email addresses are no longer valid. Unsubscribes and bad addresses are automatically removed from your lists.

You can also see if the recipients open your emails on a desktop, tablet or mobile phone. Most of all, we have made it easy for you to understand how your campaigns perform.

At a glance you are able to see how many recipients open and click on your campaigns, who they are and when it happens. Furthermore, should you wish to do so, you can create your own filters and data cubes.

Feeds

eMailPlatform allows you to send automated emails that is filled with relevant content from your website or shop, Facebook, Instagram, finance system, or a totally different feed.

With External Content we dynamically read RSS, XML, Facebook and Instagram feeds and can automatically add these into your campaigns and automated flows within a design framework tailored specifically to your company branding.

More advanced features also make it to enable what we call Repeat Sending, where a campaign can be automatically resent if, for example, more than two articles in one or more of your chosen feeds have been updated.

A/B Testing

A/B testing allows you to try out different campaigns with a sample group from a contact list or segment, and then ensure the most-appropriate campaign (dependent upon the success criteria you decide) is sent out to the remainder.

Automated Flows

A series of automated actions is called an automated flow. We can learn from the recipient’s actions and turn them into new campaigns – or enrich the recipient’s profile. For instance, you can send a personal greeting on your customers’ birthdays, or a reminder about making a purchase for that special someone. These are only a couple of the many possibilities you have at your fingertips with automated flows in eMailPlatform. Flows are put together using “building blocks” that can respond to any changes.

You can create a welcome flow for all new customers or sign-ups. It is even possible to automatically follow-up on other automated flows, perhaps 8 days after an online purchase, after the recipient clicked on something specific etc. The system can also learn from the recipient’s behaviour and use it to enrich all new automated flows.
