Truth be told, no client is too small and no client is too large. We support customers who send anything from a few hundred mails every month to others who send over 50 million newsletters and millions of SMS messages. Spammers not welcome
We only deal with what we perceive to be serious and committed senders. For us, a serious sender is one that sends newsletters, dialogue marketing and SMS campaigns to their own customers and lawfully collected recipients. Any spammers are met with a polite, but firm “thanks, but no thanks”. We owe it both to our own ethical standards, and very importantly to our other customers, to ensure the highest integrity in the campaigns our all clients send out. On a purely operational level, keeping spammers out of our system ensures that we can always deliver your newsletters to your recipients’ inbox. As a certified service provider, we are subject to (and considerably exceed) particularly stringent compliance requirements. These certify our ability to deliver far more emails to the inbox for your business and our other serious clients.

We believe that personalized, relevant services create the basis for a mutually beneficial long-term business relationship. This approach has shaped not only how we treat our customers, but also how we continue to create and innovate with our product. Our very high retention rate is a result of this succesful approach. We provide free support through email and chat covering the Professional package, whereas we provide free support over the phone as well for Premium and Enterprise packages.
